Our Services & Fees

Dr Sarah accepts referrals for children from birth until their 16 th birthday.

Dr Sarah offers the following services:
- Investigation and management of IgE and non-IgE mediated food allergy
- Investigation and management of allergic rhinitis and prescription of
individually tailored environmental allergen immunotherapy (eg: dust mites,
grass pollen)
- Investigation of venom allergy and onward referral to the public hospital
Immunology clinic for initiation of venom immunotherapy where necessary
- Management of difficult to control eczema
- Management of recurrent urticaria
- Clinically indicated and targeted skin prick testing or serum specific IgE blood
testing (for IgE mediated allergies only)

Fees

Northern Allergy is a private fee-paying service. A private fee structure allows Dr
Sarah to provide extended appointments ensuring you have enough time to discuss
your child’s medical history, allergic symptoms and unique care needs. It also allows
adequate time for Dr Sarah to clearly explain your child’s diagnosis, provide
appropriate education and answer any of your questions. Medicare rebates are
available for both consultations and skin prick testing.
*On allocation of appointment from triaged referral consultation fees will be explained.
